Wells Road Medical Center offers home visits both during and outside standard office hours. The availability of this service is contingent upon patients satisfying specific eligibility requirements.
Given the centre’s extensive operating hours, it’s important to note that only some general practitioners (GPs) may be available for home visits.
Patient Criteria for Home Visit Service
Some patient criteria for home visits at Wells Road Medical Centre are:
- It must be our regular patient
- Reside within 7kms from the clinic
- Under safe and reasonable conditions
- Experience problems that make it unable to attend the clinic and thus require home visits, including:
- Immobile
- Elderly
- Acute III
- Disability
