Endoscopy
Endoscopy at Chelsea Heights Day Surgery and Endoscopy is a simple medical procedure that lets doctors observe the inside of the body. A long, flexible tube with a camera (an endoscope) sends light and images to a screen, showing the inside without major surgery. The tube is often inserted through the mouth or anus to check areas like the esophagus, stomach, and intestines. This can help diagnose or even treat certain conditions.
Liposuction, Gynaecomastia & Other Cosmetic Surgeries
Chelsea Heights Day Surgery and Endoscopy also performs cosmetic surgeries, from liposuction to blepharoplasty, that aim to improve body contours and may involve local or general anaesthetic. Liposuction is a cosmetic surgery to remove fat, often from the abdomen, thighs, or arms, using a tube and suction. Meanwhile, breast reduction and gynecomastia surgery reshape breast tissue and remove excess fat and skin.
Lumps & Bumps Surgery
Chelsea Heights Day Surgery and Endoscopy performs lumps and bumps surgery to treat swollen areas that occur on or under the skin. Bumps may result from acne, cysts, boils, moles, lipomas, skin rashes, or skin cancer. Lumps are often called tumors, which can be benign (non-cancerous) or malignant (cancerous). While benign tumors, like cysts, nodules, lipomas, and papillomas, do not spread, malignant tumors, such as breast tumors, spread to other parts of the body.

Chelsea Heights Day Surgery and Endoscopy provides medical and request circumcision for children and adults to remove the foreskin of the penis. Medical circumcision is done to treat conditions like phimosis or infections, while request circumcision is for non-medical reasons, such as cultural or religious practices, or to prevent future diseases.
