Electronic communication includes Email, Fax and Short Message Services (SMS).

Communication with patients via electronic means is conducted by appropriate regard to privacy.

Wells Road Medical Centre’s primary reason for communicating electronically with patients is to issue appointment reminders and recalls. We verify the correct contact details of the patient at the time the appointment is made.
