New Patient Registration
To register as new patients at Wells Road Medical Centre, book an appointment online or by phone. Please download and complete the new patient form in advance.
There are several rules for our new patients:
- Consultations typically last 10-15 minutes; please request an extended session if you have multiple concerns.
- Book separate appointments for each family member.
- Cancel 24 hours in advance if needed.
Our services are available for non-English speakers and the hearing and vision impaired. We also offer assisted staff support in multiple languages, including Spanish, Italian, Arabic, Chinese, Serbian, Romanian, and Mandarin.
