This Practice is committed to quality improvement and has met with the RACGP standards through AGPAL accreditation process. We aim to provide the highest quality of care to all our patients without prejudice.
Our Practice is also accredited with EVGP Training, and we offer training to Registrar Doctors who are working towards their General Practice Fellowship.
However, our practice has a “ZERO TOLERANCE” for abusive and threatening behaviors against our Doctors, Nurses & Reception Staff. This includes shouting, swearing, aggressive actions, threats, inappropriate gestures and name calling. Abusers will be required to LEAVE THE CLINIC and to transfer their care to another practice. Refusal to leave the clinic will result in the Police being called.
