Our General Practitioners are experience in a broad range of general practice to all age groups. They are all recognized by the RACGP as General Practitioners with participation in on-going medical training & education.

Dr Effat Farag: MBBcH,FRACGP

General Practitioner with 30+ years experience.
His special interest is minor surgical procedures including: Circumcisions of children & adults, Vasectomies, Pilonidal Sinuses & Abscess, Removal of Skin Cancers and subcutaneous lumps like cysts and Lipomas.

Dr Gabriela Coptil: MBBS,FRACGP

General Practitioner with 18 years of experience.
Her special interests are; Women’s Health and Ante-Natal Share Care, she is registered as a Shared Maternity Care Provider with Monash Health, Peninsula Health and Western Health.

Dr Chijioke Okeleke: MBBS,M.Occup.Med,FRACGP

Has provided care at Wells Road Medical Centre since 2009. He consults on Tuesday mornings.
His special interests are Preventative Care, Occupational Health (including Pre-employment medicals and work injury management), Chronic Disease management, Men’s Health & Children’s Health.

Dr Alexandra Naiss: MBBS,FRACGP

Dr Alexandra Naiss graduated from Monash University in 2001 and obtained her fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practioners in 2008.

She has worked several years in Australian hospitals as a resident doctor in Victoria, New South Wales & Northern Territory, Tasmania and as a locum. She has obtained experience in different areas of medicine which include emergency medicine, obstetrics & gynaecology, paediatrics, psychiatry and aboriginal health.

She has special interests in women’s health, mental health, skin & cosmetic problems and travel medicine

Dr Vijitha Satheesan: MBBS,FRACGP

Dr Vijitha Satheesan graduated in Sri Lanka in 2000, migrated to Australia in 2006 and has been providing care at Wells Road Medical Centre since August 2013.

Dr Peter Semaan: MBBS,FRACGP

Dr Sui Lin Li: MBBS,FRACGP

Has been practicing in Australia since 1990. He also speaks Mandarin & Shanghainese.
Dr Li’s main interests are Accident & Emergency. Besides working as a General Practitioner, he is the Doctor in-charge of the ED department in Williamstown and Knox Private Hospital.

Dr Martin Hill: BSc(Hons),MSc,MBBS,FRACGP

Senior General Practitioner with an interest in integrative, nutritional and preventive medicine. He has an international master of science degree in preventive medicine. Dr Hill is a member of an international network of doctors that promote prevention and longevity. He manage all aspects of general practice but has special interest in men’s and women’s health with respect to disease prevention and longevity.

Dr Jaoudat Hilal: MBBS FRACGP

Dr George Farag 

Dr George Farag graduated from Bond University in 2017 and completed his training and examinations with the fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practioners in January 2022.

He completed his intern training with Gold Coast health before completing his residency at Eastern Health. George then went on to complete his registrar training at Southend Medical Centre in Hampton, as well as Medical One in their Elwood and Frankston sites.

Dr Farag has obtained experience in different areas of medicine which include emergency medicine, obstetrics & gynaecology, paediatrics, psychiatry, aboriginal health, general/specialty surgery and orthopaedics.

He has special interests in men’s health, skin & cosmetic problems and family health. Outside of work George is a keen soccer player and active community servant.
